Sleeping
Sleeps: 15. 4 queen beds. 6 bunk beds. 1 twin sleeper sofa.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, ceiling fan, black out blinds, charging station, sound machine, alarm clock, as well as extra pillows and blankets.
Bathrooms
One half bathroom is located on the main level. Three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. One full bathroom is located on the lower level and is shared by the Fern and the Wildflower.
Each bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and towels.
Accessibility
The Monroe is equipped with a ramp to enter, an accessible fire pit area, a main floor suite with ADA compliant bed height, a zero entry shower, grab bars by the commode and in the shower, wheelchair accessible bathroom sink base, lever sink handles, and level door handles. The dining table in the kitchen was designed by ADA compliant height and leg room requirements.
Cooking
Gas grill, electric stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot (Keurig and drip coffee pot), blender, hand mixer, dishes, cups, and silverware, basic kitchen utensils, grilling utensils, knives, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups and spoons, cutting boards, baking pans and dishes, mixing bowls, serving bowls, strainer, pot holders, and dish towels.
Laundry
A single unit washer/dryer is available for guest use on the main level.
Children
One pack n play, one high chair, two booster seats, retractable baby gates at the bottom of each stair case with doors at the top of each stair case (includes doors to upper level bedrooms), children’s books, children’s toys, kid friendly plates, cups, bowls, and utensils.
Entertainment
A wet bar with a mini-refrigerator is located on the lower level. TV’s are located in the main level and lower level living rooms as well as each bedroom. Board games, toys, and books are provided for guest use. Game room activities available on lower level.
Outside
Fire pits are located near the parking area (wheelchair accessible) and outside of the lower level. A hot tub is located on the lower level patio. Patio furniture is available on the front and back porches. Outdoor dining available on the main floor deck.
Safety
Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit.
Booking Policies

50% of payment is due at the time of booking. Your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation policy: Full refund if you cancel 60 days prior to your stay (or earlier) minus a $100 cancelation fee. 0% refundable if you cancel within 60 days of your stay.
